The Jagdale Sports Foundation (JSF) and Trinity Cricket Academy proudly announce that our athletes Advik Tiwary and Adwait Dere have been officially selected to represent the Maharashtra U19 National Team for the prestigious Vinoo Mankad Trophy 2026. This selection serves as a powerful testament to their unwavering discipline, consistent match-winning performances, and the rigorous high-performance training ecosystem built at the JSF & Trinity.
Both Advik and Adwait have been the backbone of Trinity’s historic dominance over the past few years, consistently proving their tactical readiness for the national stage.

Advik Tiwary: A Masterclass in Run-Scoring:
Advik Tiwary has cemented his reputation as one of the most destructive and reliable top-order batters in the state circuit. He dominated the U19 MCA Invitations this season, amassing a staggering 558 runs. Carrying that momentum into the Inter-State selection matches, Advik struck two magnificent centuries to solidify his claim for the state jersey.
His ability to handle pressure was on full display during the recent practice tour with Vidarbha, where he engineered a spectacular match-winning knock, smashing 89 runs off just 60 balls. A proven performer in high-stakes environments, Advik previously represented Maharashtra in the U16 Vijay Merchant Trophy, where he made headlines with a memorable 130-run masterclass against Goa.
Adwait Dere: The Reward of Relentless Persistence:
Adwait Dere’s journey to the Maharashtra U19 squad is a story of absolute psychological fortitude and relentless persistence. A lethal wicket-taker, Adwait scalped 48 wickets in this season’s MCA Invitations, backing up his 44 wickets in 2025 and 38 wickets in 2024.
Despite attending the state camp for six consecutive years and accounting for a combined 100 wickets across two U16 Invitations, the ultimate breakthrough into the final state squad had narrowly eluded him. Refusing to back down, Adwait elevated his game this year. After a highly successful practice tour to Vidarbha with the Maharashtra squad, he delivered a lethal spell in the final of the National Reliance Cup U19 tournament against Gujarat, taking 4 crucial wickets and leaving the selectors with no choice but to draft him into the Vinoo Mankad squad.
Reflecting on this monumental achievement, the architectural forces behind JSF and Trinity expressed immense pride in the athletes’ progression.
While speaking with Mr. Dnyaneshwar Jagdale, Head of Trinity Academy, stated:
“Seeing Advik and Adwait wear the Maharashtra jersey is an incredibly proud moment for the entire JSF & Trinity family. Advik has always shown an elite hunger for big runs, but Adwait’s story is what truly defines our academy. Waiting six years, taking over a hundred wickets, and never giving up that is the exact character and discipline we strive to build in every young cricketer who walks onto our ground.”
Mr. Sourabh Jagdale, Expressed his views:
“This selection is the ultimate validation of our ‘Thinking Cricketers’ philosophy. Advik and Adwait didn’t just rely on raw talent; they trusted the process and executed perfectly under pressure. Adwait’s spell against Gujarat and Advik’s sheer volume of runs show that they are not just ready to participate at the BCCI level, they are ready to dominate it. The grind continues.”
The entire Jagdale Sports Foundation and Trinity Cricket Academy ecosystem extends its heartiest congratulations to Advik Tiwary and Adwait Dere. As they prepare to step onto the national stage for the Vinoo Mankad Trophy 2026, they carry with them the legacy, grit, and full support of the JSF family.
