JSF is a visionary initiative founded 20 years ago in Pune, Maharashtra by Dnyaneshwar Jagdale. It is backed by former national cricketers, esteemed coaches, and respected figures from the Indian cricketing fraternity. With an illustrious track record marked by triumphs and honors on the grandest stages, these stalwarts introduce an unparalleled and forward-looking paradigm to cricket coaching and training. Their methods are not only validated by experience but also endorsed by those who have witnessed exceptional growth under their guidance at National & International level.
JSF ✘ Trinity
Inspired by the vision of Mr. Sourabh Jagdale, JSF partnered with Trinity in 2020 to launch a transformative initiative focused on nurturing young cricketing talent across Maharashtra. His unwavering commitment to raising performance standards and shaping the future of Indian cricket continues to drive this mission forward. Trinity identifies promising young players and provides them with the training, support, and exposure needed to grow; offering a platform to compete in the Maharashtra Cricket Association league.
Selected players are also awarded cricket coaching and school scholarships to support their overall development. The selection process takes place once a year for all age groups, with 300–400 budding cricketers showcasing their talent. Only 15 are awarded scholarships following a stringent and transparent selection process led by Trinity management.

Sourabh Jagdale and Group is a dedicated partnership firm that leads the cricketing operations at JSF. The firm focuses not only on day-to-day training and coaching but also on long-term development—highlighting future potential, identifying emerging talent, and building a strong athletic foundation for aspiring cricketers.
